Returns:

Thank you for your business! We greatly value your patronage and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. Should the need arise for an item exchange, we are here to assist you within the scope of our policies. Please note the following criteria for eligibility:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must remain in its original packaging and condition.

  • The product should not exhibit any signs of damage or use.

  • Original tags must still be on and intact.

    Once your return arrives, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.  However, most are processed within a few days. 

    Be sure to keep your tracking information for your records!

 

All items must be shipped to Edwards Chic and postmarked within 14 days of being delivered. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless you have opted in with Redo at checkout. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. Ship the item back to our address:

Exchanges:

  • Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like. 

  • Should we encounter inventory constraints preventing the provision of a different size, we will issue store credit, which remains valid indefinitely. Please be aware that items marked down or designated as final sale are NOT subject to exchange or refund.

All Seasonal + Holiday Items, Sale Items, Handbags, Jewelry + Accessories, Eyewear + Hair Accessories, Home + Gift Items, Perfumes, Skinny Syrups, any food item, Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned.

ALL ONLINE ORDERS AND STORE ORDERS THAT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Return credit will be issued in the form of store credit. We DO NOT offer refunds.

Store credits are eligible on non final sale items when postmarked within 14 days of being delivered. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free.

 

 

Damaged/Defective Items:

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know sometimes things may be missed and mistakes made as we are all human. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us.

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

  • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.

  • Please contact us immediately at customerservice@edwardschic.com or call 940-500-4385 and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.
